      Currently, Fisheye handles deleted branches in SVN extremely poorly. The only workaround is to manually exclude the deleted branches. It would be better if Fisheye could automatically exclude those branches.

            I'm closing this a duplicate - we have other issues in which we track performance of branch or tag deletion.

            We have a similar issue in FE-5533, however this is not a duplicate - it's about hiding deleted folders and branches from the UI, not about not indexing them at all.
