FishEye loops on changeset while transversing commit graph

Summary

When indexing a repository, the index hangs on a changeset. Through investigation, it is discovered that FishEye enters a never ending loop. This loop was happening in a part of code where we would traverse commit ancestors graph; In case the ancestor commit was the same as the child commit we would enter a never ending loop.
