Repository name should not be case sensitive when navigating to its users list

The list of users for a given repository shows 0 commits if the repository name in the browser URL is written in an incorrect case.

How to reproduce:

1. Assuming there is a repository called "Svn" already indexed in FishEye
2. Navigate to repository through repository list and go to "Users" tab (http://localhost:8060/users/Svn), and note that commit information shows correctly:
   
3. Modify the URL to http://localhost:8060/users/svn, (note that "svn" does not match repository name "Svn"), and observe 0 commits per user:
