Fecru 4.1.0 (LATEST) snapshop cannot be found

Since fecru 4.1.0 is the latest version, it cannot be found when building a custom add-on with the Atlassian SDK.

The error message is the following:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project reviewreporter: Could not resolve dependencies for project com.atlassian.siemens:reviewreporter:atlassian-plugin:1.10: Failed to collect dependencies at com.atlassian.fisheye:atlassian-fisheye-api:jar:LATEST: Failed to read artifact descriptor for com.atlassian.fisheye:atlassian-fisheye-api:jar:LATEST: Failure to find com.atlassian.fisheye:atlassian-fisheye-root:pom:4.1.0-SNAPSHOT in https://maven.atlassian.com/repository/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of atlassian-public has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]

I also had a look at https://maven.atlassian.com/content/groups/public/com/atlassian/fisheye/atlassian-fisheye-api/ and found out, 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT is missing.

Please fix so plugin development is working again.
