Activity Stream may not show all changesets

When full page fits into display window and vertical scrollbar is not displayed (what can happen on high resolution screens or when "Profile / Display Settings / Changelog / Changesets per page" is set to low value), the activity stream won't show more changesets.
There is no indication that more changesets exist and no way to load them.

Steps to reproduce:

• set your changesets per page to 5
• load / dashboard page
• (optional) unselect "Expand All" if selected
• expect 5 changesets to be displayed, but no means to render next ones. Also, no indicator there are more changesets
