Update notifications - URL to download the latest FishEye is broken

When configuring Update Notification from FishEye Administration >> Server Settings >> Update Notification, the link that is provided is broken. It leads to:

• https://www.atlassian.com/software/fisheye/CrucibleDownloadCenter.jspa

Depending on the installed licences there might be different links provided, all seems broken:

• http://www.atlassian.com/software/fisheye/CrucibleDownloadCenter.jspa
• http://www.atlassian.com/software/fisheye/FishEyeDownloadCenter.jspa
• http://www.atlassian.com/software/crucible/CrucibleDownloadCenter.jspa

Let's fix them to correct ones:

• https://www.atlassian.com/software/crucible/download
