Branch/Tag Filter in Reports Tab Does Not Work

Summary

In FishEye, in the Reports tab of a repository, if you select a branch or tag from the filter list, it attempts to load, but defaults back to All branches and tags, and the filter is not applied.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a repository in FishEye.
2. Select a branch or a tag from the filter list. The filter is not applied.

Expected Results

The filter should be applied.

Actual Results

The filter attempts to be applied, but reverts back to All branches and tags.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround for this issue.
