Integration with JIRA broken after upgrade to JIRA 7

    Description

      After upgrading to JIRA 7, the integration between FishEye/Crucible and JIRA is broken, specifically for smart commits and linking a review to a JIRA issue.

      For smart commits, the following warning is thrown:

      When linking a JIRA issue to a review, the following error is displayed in the UI:

      JIRA Server JIRA: (404)Not Found Go to 'JIRA' or see your administrator.
