If linecount calculation stops or is interrupted it will not be resumed on next pings, until new changes appear in the repository

See LifecycleRepositoryScanner: after processContent, the indexing phase is set back to INDEXING_METADATA, then linecount calculation is started.

If linecount calculation is stopped or fails due to errors, next pings will start with processRevisions(), and if no changes are found in the repository scanning will end, without attempting to resume linecounts.

Linecount indexing would only resume after new changes appear in the repository.
