Wrong blame on renamed file when it is got from SVN directly

Blame for course-management/trunk/cm-impl/hibernate-impl/src/test/org/sakaiproject/coursemanagement/test/CourseManagementServiceTest.java@7699 in sakai repository doesn't show all revisions as some of them refer to revision -1.

Pre 3.8 versions used slow full file history which which was slow and was replaced by faster methods since 3.8.0. Unfortunately faster method doesn't handle file renames.
