    Description

Every time FishEye/Crucible instance is upgraded, the static content files are served from a folder of new name, generated as unique value for each FishEye/Crucible version. E.g. /static/nqrk9o/2static/images/spinner-activity.gif

This is problematic in emails for example - when getting notifications of review activity for instance, emails contains links to static resources using prefix known to particular Crucible version. If Crucible gets upgraded and user opens old email, static resources like images won't be shown.

FishEye/Crucible should honour old prefixes and still return same content as if the current prefix was used
