fisheye not picking up changes to email addresses from JIRA

    Description

      We have fisheye configured to update its user information from our JIRA instance (since Fisheye doesn't support nested groups). JIRA syncs with our Active Directory instance.

      Although the every-15-minute synching is occuring and new users are getting created in FIsheye, when an email address is changed, that change is NOT picked up in the auto-synching.

      Only by manually selecting a resync are email addresses getting updated.

      Similar to FE-2857.

      JIRA version 6.3.12.
