FishEye is nowadays only compatible with Oracle 11g.

Customers are willing to migrate to 12g but this is not a Supported Platform yet.

Some of the releases of 11g (eg 11.2.0.3) are at end of life. The effort it would take to upgrade to 11.2.0.4 would be the same as upgrading to 12.x.
