NullPointerException When Trying to Create a Review for a Repository from the Source tab

If you try to create a review for a repository from the Source tab in the repository viewer then you will receive a NullPointerException.

1. Browse to that repository.
2. Diff a file.
3. From the diff, select Reviews > Create Review
