Work Logs For Smart Commits To JIRA Report The Incorrect Time

    Description

      When using smart commits to report work logs in JIRA, the time that FishEye scanned the commit (and submitted it) is used, and not the time of the actual commit.

      Smart commit:
      git commit -m "MYP-3 #time 1h"
