loading all historical file revisions into cache can cause OOM - view raw revision

• check performance of loading raw build.xml and why we need to load all revisions into cache
• why cache is not lazy loaded and maybe why cache at all

Look for other similar usages of (a specially used to load a single revision):

FileHistory hist = crep.getFileHistory(params.getPath());

e.g. PatchPrinter#sendAddedFile or TarballAction#checkFile

• is there any logic freeing the cache?
