Make Directory Scanning Plugin traverse directory tree

Gitlab stores repositories per-project under separate directories. It would be nice to have a feature in FishEye for GitLab integration, so that those subdirectories would be automatically added as repositories, by simply specifying the parent directory (project) via the file:// protocol.
