SiteURL default setting does not work when using java 8

Due to Java 8 InetAddress.getLocalHost().getHostName() returning localhost instead of the actual host name, the siteURL needs to be explicitly set when running on Java 8.

If this is not set, Fisheye cannot be run confidently as all links provided to external apps, like email and other system integrations might be affected.

Workaround is to explicitly set site URL in server settings.
