draft fisheye comments visible in activity stream

Just noticed (using 3.5.0 Build:SNAPSHOT 2014-06-10) that while I am entering comment on the fe-git repository changeset, this gets autosaved (as expected) but it gets indexed and published in the activity stream while being in the draft state. Checked with the peer and he can see my draft comment in the repo activity stream too. Draft comments should not be visible in the activity stream I believe.
