fisheye.changeset.paths.limit doesn't work as expected

By default FishEye/Crucible processes a maximum of 10000 change paths per changeset. This is to prevent extremely large changesets (which are often the result of human error) from slowing FishEye/Crucible down.

This property is only used as a limit for indexing paths. All other commit processing (indexing diffs, LoC,..) is still done, so it is still not possible for FishEye to commits with large number of paths.
