Git merge commits can show wrong diffs

For diff merge commits, the list of paths in the commit is based on the diff to the first parent.

When rendering the changeset (or adding it to a Crucible review), the ancestors FishEye compares those files to might not be the ones that the path list was taken from producing unexpected results.
