View JIRA issue popup window does not work with Basic Authentication

Steps to reproduce

1. Integrate JIRA with FishEye/Crucible 3.2.3 with OAuth
2. Add a link to JIRA issue in a Crucible review
3. Click on the link in Crucible review to get a popup window details about JIRA issue
4. Edit the Application Link to disable OAuth and enable Basic Authentication only
5. Click on the link in Crucible review
   The popup window appear but unable to get JIRA issue details:
   • JIRA 5.2.3

      This issue does not exist or you don't have permission to view it. Go to 'JIRA server' or see your administrator.
     

   • JIRA 6.1.5

     An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your system administrator if the problem persists.
