Unable to index file path with double quotes

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder named "target and a file inside the folder
2. Add it to a Git repository
3. Configure FishEye/Crucible to reindex the repository
4. The repository is indexed successfully without error in the UI but the folder "target does not exist in FishEye/Crucible with the following error in the log:

   2013-07-04 20:49:29,673 ERROR [InitialPinger2 test] fisheye GitScanner-getDiffInfoContext - No Diff Info for path "target/testtarget.txt in commit a391524e9f43c79e365571f6a1f86b807b0942b7
