Fisheye can break quite badly if you create a repository with a long name (longer than 100 chars) and then try to add a committer mapping

We should immediately add validation when adding a repo to prevent creation of repos with names longer than 100 characters.

Note when trying to reproduce this: not reproducible on HSQL (possibly HSQL does not enforce length constraints). Reproducible on postgres, not tested on others.
