Exception when review source repository has been deleted

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Create 2 FE repositories and 1 CRU project
      2) Associate both repos with 1 CRU project
      3) Create reviews to both repositories
      4) Delete one repo
      5) Browse existing reviews.

      Result: The ones from removed repository are shown in UI but cause exceptions.
      Expected result alternatives:
      a) Reviews are deleted
      b) reviews are rematched to same source files if other related repositories contain same changesets
      c) <your proposal here>
