Ignore End of Line Characters in Diff

When checking source files in a repository, it would be nice to have "Ignore End of Line Characters" when diff-ing files the same way the "Hide All Whitespace" option is implemented. The reason behind this is when the end of line is changed from Windows (CR/LF) to Linux (LF), for example, Fisheye shows as if the whole file changed, making it impossible to distinguish what changed.
