Link to comment do not expand the file so that the comment is visible

In many places, like email, we receive link about a comment a reviewer created. When we click the link we expect the UI load and make the comment visible, but in many cases, because the comment is outside the "changeset" the comment is not visible, I have to change the view to see the entire file.
