    Description

The message "Crucible requires that the database uses a UTF8 encoding to support internalization." needs to be updated to be more generic to apply both to Fisheye and Crucible, something like "Fisheye/Crucible requires that the database uses a UTF8 encoding to support internalization.", as we now have user related content stored in external DB instead of InfinityDB.
