    Description

      The FECRU server will only currently start the resource monitor if it is started with --debug option but it would be nice to automatically get initial data upon startup:

      tc - threadcount
      od - open file descriptors
      mfd - max file descriptors

      E.g.

      2012-06-07 09:26:18,385 DEBUG [Resource Monitor ] fisheye.app SystemResourceMonitor$MonitoringTask-run - tc=39, ofd=229, mfd=1024
