Implement a REST endpoint that can return the results for all the repos at once. This will be used by the JIRA FishEye Plugin.

    Description

      Currently, FeCru does not have an API that can return the results for all the repos at once. It would be nice if there was such API as the performance would be better.

      Most important here is to ensure that performance and scaling is high. A testing strategy (large (1000) number of repos) is therfore required.

      Must talk to Brendan about how to most efficiently build the security constraint.
