Fix the Subtask integration for Crucible

Hi there.

If in FECRU I go to Admin > Application Links > and for the app link to Jira there is a link "Jira Settings" If I click it the subtask field were initially blank.

If I set them to valid values and save I can successfully now generate Jira issues from a code review. Works fine. However, in the Jira Settings window, it clearly states on the page "Leave these fields blank to disable subtasks".

I set the 3 fields to blank, click Save it seems to save. Then if i click the Jira Settings link again the previous 3 values are still set.
