Description
An uninitialized FishEye (i.e. license and admin pasword is not yet entered) shows the following hardcoded message:

If the port is modified in config.xml before the application is started, this message is confusing, as it reports that the app is running on port 8060.
A few message lines later the correct port number from config.xml is reported.
