    Description

Investigate the impact on a server of bumping max-threads from its current default of 20, to something higher.

With servers now running with more RAM and CPUs than previously, allowing more concurrent web requests could prevent a bottleneck in some cases.

We should investigate what impact 150 web-requests will have on overall server performance however.

When FishEye's static content is served Jetty instead of apache or nginx, then more threads available to Jetty can have an impact on throughput.

NB: this change will only affect new installations. Customers upgrading can manually bump the thread count by setting the max-threads attribute on the web-server element in config.xml
