Trying to look at the source of an empty file results in java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException - -1

    Description

      Add an empty (0 byte) file to the SCM.
      Try to view the source of the file in FE, and you get an "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException - -1"
