Fix documentation of the managed repositories' REST API

The documentation of the REST API of managed repositories has some errors:

• it incorrectly says that the delete operation is synchronous
• it does not properly include the links to the /status/ calls for the fork or delete operations
• it does not document the list operation (list of managed repositories)
