Eclipse Git integration (egit) fails to clone from managed Git repository

There's a bug in egit that causes egit to fail to clone repositories if the server returns multiple WWW-Authenticate headers (which Fisheye does, as we support multiple authentication methods).

As a workaround, we should lock the servlet that serves Git down to only support basic auth.
