When pushing to a Git managed repo while another client is cloning, the client which is cloned freezes

If an user is cloning a managed repository while an user is also pushing some changes, the part of FishEye serving the requests can cause the cloning client to freeze.

This happens if the two requests (for the head refs and for the pack-file negotiation) for each push and pull are interleaved.
