Clicking "Configure Managed Settings Now" in dialog that appears when git is not configured doesn't anchor to the correct part of the page

(3:00:08 PM) purecrafty: Adam: BUG: Clicking "configure managed settings now" or whatever that initial dialog says doesn't anchor to the right part on the page in Chrome. E.g., http://localhost:6060/foo/admin/viewServerSettings.do#managed-settings just takes me to the top of the page. Not sure why - try adding an id attribute to match the name attribute on your anchor tag.
