ClearCase: no files are indexed for an imported repository (using clearfsimport)

When indexing ClearCase repositories, FishEye retrieves the VOB history using lshistory. When an indexing start date is set in the FishEye configuration, that date is used as a -since argument to lshistory. When no indexing start date is set, FishEye uses the VOB creation date.

For VOBs created with clearfsimport this leads to issues, because clearfsimport conserves the creation date of the files that are imported. As a result the mkelem and checkin operations in the ClearCase history are dated before the VOB creation date and as a result, these files are not indexed by FishEye.

A workaround until this issue is fixed is to specify an indexing start date that is far in the past.
