Occurs when you have 2 users accessing the same SVN server containing 2 different repositories each with different authentication details, where the user for 1 cannot access the path of the other and vice-versa.

SVN Kit appears to ignore the authentication options set in the FishEye Admin UI and use the options from the different repository on the same svn server - if these don't have access to that path, we get an authentication error.
