Polling mechanism skips repositories when there are a lot of them

If you have a large number of repositories you're running the risk that FishEye will only check a part of them for updates.
E.g. 100 repos, 1 incremental index thread, default polling interval of 1 minute.
Say checking a repo for updates takes 2 seconds.
You'll see that FE checks repo001-repo030, 1 minute polling interval is up, and FE starts checking repo001 again up to repo30, ad infinitum.
Repo031-100 are never checked.
