plain text rendering of wiki text in the activity stream for changeset comments is wrong

the plain text renderer in wiki renderer 6.2 is rendering links, which breaks the styling of the activity stream page:

can fix by:

1. make the activity stream render the full wiki text for changeset comments, or
2. remove the link rendering in plain text wiki rendering. <-- preferred since this will also fix crucible comments.
