FishEye - ClearCase incorrectly detects a dynamic view as snapshot view when FE is not started with current view set to dynamic view

The ClearCase support in FE tries to detect whether it is indexing a dynamic or a snapshot view. To do this, it uses the command:

ct pwv -setview -short

This command returns the view that has been set using ct setview.

Instead, we should use

ct lsview -properties -full -cview

and parse the Properties line. This line contains 'snapshot' or 'dynamic'
