Description
In ClearCase UCM, commits are grouped into activities. The contents of an activity can change over time, with file revisions being moved from 1 activity to another.
FishEye currently stores the amount of revisions it has indexed as being part of the activity and only re-indexes the activity when the number changes. This is a brittle approach (e.g. adding 1 file revision and removing another won't change the count) and should be improved.
