Perforce branch specification doesn't work

From the FishEye "browse" view, in the "Constraints" box, the "Branch" dropdown doesn't work. I have attached an example of one of our Perforce branch specifications in case it is useful. I thought it might be the slashes in the branch name, but I tried a branch with only letters and it still failed.

Selecting any branch other than "(any)" or "head" will report the following error:

The requested resource cannot be found.
