Low Description
Mercurial reports deleted files in the 'files' attribute of a Commit every time the "deletion" is merged (even merges on the same branch).
Thus, FishEye ends up reporting a deleted FileRevision of a file for every time it is merged. We should ignore all deletions that are the result of merges and mark them as merged in deletions instead.
