ClearCase: Editing a repository config in the admin prompts for a restart of the repository, but triggers a re-index

    Description

      When you edit a repository configuration in the FishEye administration section, a prompt comes up notifying you that the repository needs to be restarted. When you then click 'perform', the repository is actually re-indexed!

      The workaround is to choose 'ignore' and restart the repository manually.
