Mercurial: All activity does not show the most recent commit in one repository

In one of the Mercurial repositories with which I am evaluating FishEye, opening the Activity tab upon initially browsing the repository fails to show the most recently committed changeset.

Navigating to a file committed in that changeset also fails to show the most recent changeset in the Activity tab, however switching to the Revisions tab does show the changeset. This demonstrates that FishEye is viewing an up-to-date clone of the correct revision of the Mercurial repository.

This problem does not occur with another (simpler) Mercurial repository. One significant difference between the two repositories is that the repository exhibiting the problem is itself a clone of another repository.
