Option to continue scanning repos in the event of failure, rather than giving up.

    Description

      Sometimes FishEye stops scanning because of an error with certain revisions in the repo.

      A customer would like it if Fisheye marked the changeset as failed and just continued scanning. In the customers example p4 describe failed because of a missing description.
