      Online help links in FishEye should point to:

      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/some+confluence+page

      rather than the old 

      http://www.cenqua.com/fisheye/doc/some_fisheye_version/some_fisheye_page

      Need to think carefully about how we'll be updating the documentation with future releases.
